We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to strengthen infrastructure operations through scalable automation and reliable DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
Manage and improve infrastructure lifecycle automation using Ansible and AWX.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including integration of external automation solutions.
Independently manage clearly defined automation tasks from planning through completion.
Develop and maintain Bash and Python scripts to automate recurring tasks.
Document infrastructure environments, systems, configurations, and implementation procedures.
Design and document automation and network environments for internal initiatives and customer projects.
Work across Linux and Windows systems, databases, and networking environments.
Identify opportunities to improve configurations, automation workflows, and technical standards.
Train and onboard new colleagues and share technical knowledge.
Participate in a rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
At least five years of relevant professional experience, excluding educational programs and internships.
Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible and AWX for infrastructure automation and lifecycle management.
Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and administration.
Solid understanding of database technologies and networking fundamentals.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into operational workflows.
Ability to document technical environments, configurations, and implementation procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and an independent, structured approach.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Willingness to participate in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of German is an advantage.
