Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the fund accounting team
- Oversee accounting standards, review controls, and complex accounting matters
- Drive efficiency across Venture Capital and Private Equity delivery teams
- Scale the European Fund Administration business
- Use technology and automation to reduce manual work
- Build a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Monitor product usage, client engagement, and satisfaction feedback
- Partner with R&D to represent growing requirements of FA clients
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Proven experience leading fund accounting teams
- Deep knowledge of the UK and Luxembourg fund administration markets
- Experience with Jersey and Guernsey fund structures is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex thoughts into actionable recommendations
