Обязанности
- Partner with service teams to define meaningful SLIs and SLOs grounded in customer experience.
- Own and evolve the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process.
- Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline.
- Act as the reliability expert for architecture reviews and resilience design.
- Identify and quantify operational toil across the org.
Требования
- 7+ years of experience in SRE or production engineering.
- Hands-on experience defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs at scale.
- Proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
