Board Test Operations Engineer

About the company

• Graphcore is building the compute platform for the next generation of AI, part of the SoftBank Group.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flying Probe and ICT test programs for Graphcore circuit card assemblies.
• Deploy these solutions with manufacturing partners in Taiwan.
• Improve test coverage, yield, stability and production efficiency.
• Analyse test data and resolve PCB and test issues across manufacturing.
• Strengthen testability from product design onwards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PCBA and system product validation within production manufacturing test environments.
• Strong experience with advanced electronic system testing, including Teradyne, Keysight, and TRI test platforms; SPEA preferred.
• Understanding of SMT/PCB manufacturing processes and failure mechanisms, with knowledge of AOI and AXI.
• Hands-on experience with ISP/OBP CCA configuration and test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, clock generators, SMUs, PSUs).
• Experience with general-purpose programming languages (C, Python, Java).
• Experience with Statistical Process Control and associated tools.
