Responsibilities
- Develop interactive self-paced eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and other learning formats
- Create complementary learning resources: presentation decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, evaluation surveys, knowledge checks, assessments
- Collaborate with learning designers, subject matter experts, and training leaders
- Design custom multimedia elements, interactive activities, motion graphics, reusable learning components
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate development of scripts, assessments, graphics, videos
- Validate AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance
- Develop CPE components per NASBA and AICPA standards
- Maintain course documentation for compliance and audit readiness
- Conduct quality assurance checks before course release
- Publish SCORM packages and test course functionality within LMS
- Develop reusable templates and multimedia assets
- Stay informed about industry trends and learning technologies
- Manage multiple development projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development, or related discipline
- At least two years of experience developing multimodal training materials for adult learners
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
- Strong multimedia production and visual design skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Professional portfolio demonstrating eLearning and digital media development expertise
- Strong organizational and project management skills
