Responsibilities
- Form and develop the frontend direction of iGaming products: define architecture, technical standards and best practices.
- Lead a team of frontend developers: distribute tasks, conduct code review, mentor and develop engineers.
- Design and implement complex web applications and game interfaces with high load and performance requirements.
- Together with Product, Design and Backend, make technical decisions and participate in development planning.
- Control code quality, performance, stability and timely delivery of functionality.
- Organize development processes, improve team DX and implement automation and quality control tools.
Requirements
- Commercial experience in frontend development 5+ years, of which at least 1-2 years as Tech Lead/Team Lead.
- Team management and technical leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript and modern approaches to SPA development.
- Designing scalable frontend architecture.
- Confident experience with modern state management tools (preferably Zustand).
- Development of realtime applications (WebSocket), performance optimization and understanding of web application security.
Nice to have
- Experience with SignalR.
- Experience in developing products in iGaming, Casino, Betting or game Telegram Mini Apps.
- Experience with PixiJS, Canvas, WebGL.
- Experience with physics engines (Matter.js, Rapier, Box2D, Planck.js).
- Experience in developing games or interactive web applications with animations and complex game logic.
- Experience in building design systems and UI component libraries.
