Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical reference for Flutter and Node.js development, guiding complex feature implementation
- Propose and implement architectural solutions improving scalability, maintainability, and resilience
- Build and maintain applications, APIs, and services supporting franchisee back-office operations
- Define and promote coding standards, automated testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
- Mentor less experienced developers through pair programming, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Research and recommend technologies and engineering practices
- Identify and lead refactoring initiatives to reduce technical debt
- Contribute across frontend, backend, databases, deployment pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with complex production Flutter applications, including state management and performance optimization
- At least 4 years with Node.js and API development using REST or GraphQL, with Express, Fastify, or NestJS
- Strong experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and NoSQL such as MongoDB and DynamoDB
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, and automated testing
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or GCP
- Ability to work across the complete technology stack
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring ability
