HelloFresh is seeking a GenAI Literacy Lead to join our Intelligent Platforms team. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and understanding of Generative AI across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive GenAI literacy program, ensuring that employees at all levels have the knowledge and skills to leverage AI tools effectively and responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic GenAI literacy curriculum tailored to different roles and skill levels.
- Create engaging learning materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Measure the impact of literacy programs and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation around GenAI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GenAI trends and tools to keep the program cutting-edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a tech or data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, tools, and applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for learning and teaching others.
- Experience with change management is a plus.
