About the team
The Environments team is part of the Workplace organization within the broader Finance organization, combining expertise in project delivery, interior design, and space planning.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple workplace projects of varying sizes, complexity, and stages with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and delivery
Translate global workplace strategy, design guidelines, and operational standards into locally effective project plans
Establish project governance including decision rights, stakeholder checkpoints, escalation paths, risk management, and reporting
Lead technical due diligence and evaluate project constraints, delivery options, and commercial trade-offs
Partner with Workplace Design, Space Planning, Workplace Operations, Real Estate, Finance, IT/AV, Security, Legal, and other teams
Select and manage external project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, furniture suppliers, and specialist consultants
Ensure workplace designs function effectively and balance operational integrity with craft and beauty
Requirements
6+ years of experience directly managing workplace, commercial construction, or office fit-out projects across EMEA or multiple international markets
Knowledge of construction delivery including building services and MEP systems, workplace technology, cost management, procurement, scheduling, and risk management
Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, priorities, and external partners
Experience creating alignment across regional and global stakeholders
Practical AI literacy and responsible use of AI tools
Preferred qualifications
Experience as an in-house owner's representative
Experience reading and interpreting leases, work letters, and real estate documents
Land-use or city-planning experience
Facilities or workplace operations management experience
Commercial kitchen and food-service programming, design, or construction experience
Experience delivering projects with sustainability, wellness, accessibility, or indoor environmental quality goals
