Responsibilities

• Build, own, and lead the overall affiliate strategy and high-value partner portfolio
• Own acquisition targets, commercial terms, and affiliate channel performance
• Develop scalable operational processes, advanced reporting, and key partner relationships
• Identify and onboard top-tier Forex partners to scale global acquisition

Requirements

• Proven affiliate leadership experience strictly within the Forex / FX industry (Required)
• Track record of managing high-value partner relationships and commercial negotiations
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in channel performance metrics & scalable processes
• Based in Cyprus (or open to working remotely within local time zones)

Conditions

• 100% Remote (Open for Cyprus)
• Compensation: $6,000 – $7,000 Base Salary (Higher base negotiable for top performers)
