This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Revenue Operations based in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, including workload planning, prioritization, coaching, and performance support.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical, client, and delivery challenges, providing clear direction and practical solutions.
- Own or oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring effective communication, high-quality delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Design and advise on lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM and marketing automation integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
- Translate complex technical findings and system challenges into concise, actionable recommendations for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Review team deliverables for technical accuracy, strategic quality, and readiness before they are presented to clients.
- Partner with account leadership and internal stakeholders to identify expansion, cross-sell, and additional solution opportunities.
- Support project scoping, solution design, proposals, and new business conversations related to Revenue Operations.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards as the practice continues to grow.
- Maintain visibility into team capacity, utilization, project health, delivery risks, and resource requirements across concurrent engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a related discipline.
- 1–2+ years of direct people-management or formal team-leadership experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Strong hands-on experience administering and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, with certification strongly preferred or at least 2–3 years of hands-on implementation and administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
- Proven ability to lead senior-level client discussions and translate technical issues into business-focused recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage expectations and navigate challenging client conversations.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership and people-management responsibilities with hands-on technical execution.
- Previous agency experience is strongly preferred; consulting or professional services experience is also highly relevant.
- Additional Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, or HubSpot certifications are an asset.
- Experience working across Salesforce and HubSpot environments, particularly within B2B organizations, is preferred.
- Experience scoping projects, supporting sales conversations, identifying expansion opportunities, and managing multiple concurrent client engagements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
