This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CSLV Senior Financial Analyst based in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance advisor to worldwide Customer Success and Lifetime Value leaders, providing insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Partner with business-unit services finance teams to evaluate sales performance, customer trends, financial results, and business drivers.
- Own and continuously enhance the global Net Dollar Retention model in Power BI, establishing a reliable source of truth for customer growth, retention, and churn metrics.
- Lead profitability analyses for the GreenLake business, identifying opportunities to accelerate customer growth and improve margins.
- Support recurring financial management activities, including flash reporting, KPI tracking, operating performance reviews, and executive business reviews.
- Collaborate with geographic teams, Sales Strategy & Planning, and Finance stakeholders to understand performance drivers and recommend appropriate actions.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and strategic analyses to support key business programs and investment decisions.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and innovative approaches to increase efficiency and solve complex financial and business challenges.
- Support strategic deal reviews and act as a secondary worldwide operating-system deal approver.
- Prepare clear, meaningful analyses and presentations for senior and executive-level audiences.
- Build trusted relationships across functions while proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or a closely related financial analysis role.
- Experience in services or solutions businesses is preferred, with exposure to pricing, commercial analysis, or deal approvals considered an advantage.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect operational trends with financial performance and strategic implications.
- Advanced analytical skills and demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience using enterprise systems such as EAP, Salesforce, or Business Objects considered a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, profitability analysis, forecasting, and business-case development capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and consistently drive outcomes.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a willingness to investigate problems, develop solutions, and follow through to completion.
- Curiosity, creative thinking, and an appetite for collaborating across organizational and functional boundaries.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including confidence engaging with executive audiences.
