Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging email campaigns and layouts in Figma.
• Create email marketing flows and pop-ups tailored to different brands, audiences, and customer journeys.
• Develop WhatsApp banners and creative print mailings.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across digital and print marketing assets.
• Use modern AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve creative workflows.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Apply analytical thinking to create designs that support customer engagement and commercial performance.
• Collaborate directly with the founders.
• Continuously develop design skills and take on greater responsibility.

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• At least one year of hands-on experience working with Figma.
• Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail, composition, and engaging digital experiences.
• Digital proficiency, organizational skills, and ability to manage creative work in a structured manner.
• Analytical mindset and interest in connecting design decisions with marketing objectives.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Nice to have: previous experience in e-commerce and familiarity with Klaviyo.

Conditions

• Salary: €30,000–€45,000 gross per year.
• Permanent, full-time position only.
