This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Workforce AI Solutions Engineer based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage a queue of qualified business requests, clarify requirements, confirm scope, identify dependencies
- Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, documentation, and handover
- Translate business needs into practical AI solutions
- Build AI agents, automations, workflow enhancements, knowledge retrieval, document intelligence, and system integrations
- Select appropriate implementation methods (low-code, automation platforms, pro-code)
- Develop reusable AI components: agents, actions, prompts, skills, orchestration logic, templates, connectors, MCP components
- Build custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, custom connectors, functions
- Design secure integrations using OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, service principals, managed identities
- Apply least-privilege access, data protection, privacy, security, and governance
- Use source control, automated testing, documentation, release management
- Stay current with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise
- Track outcomes and business value
Requirements
- Background in solution architecture, software engineering, automation, cloud engineering, or application integration
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise)
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, automation technologies, integrations, structured/unstructured data
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication, authorization, identity management
- Ability to build solutions using both low-code and pro-code tools
- Experience building custom agents, AI assistants, multi-step AI workflows (preferred)
- Familiarity with MCP servers, custom skills, plugins, connectors (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate, GitHub, Visual Studio (advantage)
