Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure and monitor network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) to ensure stable, high performance infrastructure across all studio operations.
- Deploy and optimize wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity with rapid troubleshooting when issues arise.
- Monitor network systems proactively, diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently, and document all actions to ensure operational continuity.
- Support network services on both Windows and Linux environments managing DNS, DHCP, VPN and other critical network services.
- Collaborate with internal IT and systems teams to ensure infrastructure security and reliability, contributing to network security measures, firewall setups, and VPN configurations.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience (2-4 years) in network engineering or IT support, with strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches).
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, VPNs, routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP), and network diagnostic tools (such as Wireshark, PRTG or Zabbix).
- Comfortable working on Windows and Linux systems with practical experience managing network services (DNS, DHCP etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills, calm under pressure, analytical mind, and the ability to act proactively when network issues arise.
- Excellent English (C1), both written and spoken communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Willingness to work in shift rotation (including nights) to support 24/7 operations.
