Esri is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to support, enhance, and scale the existing implementation of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.
Responsibilities
- Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP
- Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams
- Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies
- Develop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection
- Develop, troubleshoot and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in CJA
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies
- Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks
- Define and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards (ACDL/EDDL)
- Enable audience segmentation and activation and integrate datasets into Customer Journey Analytics
- Implement and manage consent and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), including integration with OneTrust
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AEP Data Collection (Adobe Launch), Adobe Web SDK
- Experience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP solutions
- Experience working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web instrumentation
- Experience with XDM schema design, data modeling, and event-based tracking
- Deep understanding of data layer architecture and governance
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related STEM field
