About the team

• The role sits in the Grow and Engage domain within the UX team, covering acquisition, signup, premium membership tiers, and daily engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end on important features, from problem framing through research, exploration, and shipped work
• Bring a high bar for craft—UI and interaction design
• Frame design problems sharply: define user needs, success criteria, constraints, tradeoffs
• Develop user flows and interactions that hold up across connected parts of the product
• Contribute to the design system
• Plan and run research blending qualitative and quantitative methods
• Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and data
• Use AI tools fluently for exploration, prototyping, synthesis

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work on consumer products, ideally mobile
• Experience taking complex feature work from problem to ship
• Experience working with a design system
• Experience grounding decisions in research and data
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Systems thinking, problem-first mindset, bias for action, AI-curious, generous collaborator
