Обязанности

• Lead and coordinate Merchant Support Specialists (24/7 shifts).
• Oversee ticket handling, escalations, and SLA performance.
• Ensure fast and accurate resolution of merchant issues.
• Monitor payment flows and operational incidents.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Finance teams.
• Improve support processes and team efficiency.
• Handle complex escalations and key merchant cases.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Требования

• 3+ years in support / merchant support / fintech / payments.
• Team lead or senior support experience is a strong plus.
• Understanding of payment systems, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Fluent English + Russian (required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with shift-based 24/7 operations.
