Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data engineering solutions.
• Develop and manage data workflows using Python and Azure Data Factory.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric to build and support modern data solutions.
• Leverage Azure Machine Learning and related technologies to support AI/ML initiatives.
• Prepare, transform, integrate, and optimize data for analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts, architecture decisions, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver data and AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve data pipelines, processes, and AI/ML workflows.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning or similar Azure AI/ML services.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, data transformation, and modern data architectures.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows.
• Experience working directly with clients or other external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience productionizing machine learning models or AI solutions.
• Experience with additional Azure data and AI services.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-powered applications.
• Experience in consulting or other client-facing technical environments.

Conditions

• Remote work (6–7 hours overlap with PST).
• US Timezone Overlap: 6-7h with PST.
• Strong client-facing presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
