Responsibilities
- Set a clear product direction and develop a compelling vision for your area, grounded in customer needs, partner insight and data
- Translate vision into a focused roadmap with clear objectives
- Spend time with bank partners and their customers to understand their needs, infrastructure and constraints
- Work with Sales and Delivery to identify patterns across opportunities
- Balance customer value and commercial opportunity with technical complexity, regulatory requirements, risk and operational impact
- Work with Engineering, Design and Analytics from discovery through launch and iteration
- Get into the detail of APIs, integrations and payment flows
- Build alignment with other product teams and colleagues in Compliance, Operations and commercial functions
- Define the metrics that guide your roadmap
- Represent the product credibly with prospective and existing banks
Requirements
- Strategic, execution-oriented product leader
- Understanding of bank partners and their customers
- Technical and commercial judgement
- Experience with APIs, integrations and payment flows
- Senior individual contributor experience
Conditions
- Full-time
- Compensation: GBP 120000 - 155000 yearly
- Based across the world - from New York to London, Singapore, and beyond
