Scopely is a leading video game and global interactive entertainment company. We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/MMO featuring a well-known IP.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the development team to develop and refine the product roadmap, steering vision, strategy, and business model
- Oversee the feature lifecycle, managing product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery
- Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs
- Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights
- Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, communicating complex ideas clearly
Requirements
- Experience in product management and/or product development in software
- Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision-making
- Understanding of player behavior and user experience
- Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques
- Strong collaborator with a track record of mentoring and empowering others
- Bonus: experience in either 4X strategy or Action RPG games
