About the company

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter based in the United States.

This is a results-oriented role focused on expanding a national network of clinical education partners.

Responsibilities
  • Build and expand a national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical training sites through email, phone, video, social media, and other strategic channels.
  • Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through onboarding readiness, effectively prioritizing opportunities and working toward monthly and quarterly performance objectives.
  • Use HubSpot and other technology tools to build, manage, and prioritize outreach pipelines, maintain accurate records, monitor pipeline health, and use data to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of provider types, clinical specialties, and credentialing requirements to efficiently qualify prospective partners, including licensure, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related verification processes.
  • Educate healthcare professionals and organizations on the value of supporting clinical education and build relationships that can develop into long-term training partnerships.
  • Guide prospective partners through each stage of recruitment and onboarding readiness, following established procedures while exercising independent judgment to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Negotiate educational stipends, collect required contractual and credentialing documentation, and ensure complete and accurate handoffs to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to meet school partner requirements and clinical placement timelines.
  • Maintain professional and proactive communication with external partners and internal stakeholders, leveraging professional networks such as LinkedIn to generate opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment approaches, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes while maintaining consistency with established workflows.
  • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs, quotas, performance targets, or deadlines in a goal-oriented or clinical education environment.
  • Experience working with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and related documentation.
  • Experience managing CRM-based recruitment, sales, or business development pipelines; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence healthcare professionals, overcome objections, and develop long-term professional relationships.
  • Comfortable leveraging professional networks and social platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and generate new opportunities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and consistently execute documented processes while applying sound judgment and making independent decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to changing placement needs, and maintain urgency without compromising accuracy.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where individual performance directly contributes to team success.
  • Candidates should reside in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas.
Conditions
  • Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually.
