Our partner is looking for a Principal Consultant - Oracle Cloud SCM - Managed Services based in the United States.
Opportunity for an experienced Oracle SCM professional to lead application support and continuous improvement initiatives across complex enterprise supply chain environments.
Responsibilities
Lead application support, configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM.
Provide functional expertise across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP/Planning, PIM, and Cost Management.
Lead business requirements gathering, process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and functional solution design.
Resolve production incidents, service requests, and defects within SLAs.
Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring incidents.
Coordinate with Oracle Support on critical production issues and escalations.
Review Oracle quarterly updates and assess business and system impacts.
Support the transition to Oracle Redwood UI.
Evaluate and recommend Oracle-delivered AI and automation capabilities.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, SOPs, process flows, and user training materials.
Conduct customer demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
Participate in knowledge transfer from implementation teams.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize system performance.
Requirements
At least 12 years of overall professional experience.
A minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
At least five years of experience in onsite or onshore roles.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS SCM.
Practical knowledge of key SCM modules: Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP/Planning, PIM, and Cost Management.
Experience working directly with BPOs, business users, and key stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process assessments, and functional solution design.
Experience managing production support, incident resolution, service requests, defect management, and SLA-driven service delivery.
Strong troubleshooting, integration analysis, and root cause analysis capabilities.
Experience coordinating with Oracle Support and managing critical escalations.
Ability to assess quarterly releases, support Redwood UI adoption, and evaluate AI and automation opportunities.
Strong documentation, testing, training, workshop facilitation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
