About the company

Responsibilities
  • Build and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel: signup, onboarding, activation, monetization
  • Design and polish human UI (flows, forms, empty states, navigation, microcopy)
  • Design and ship agentic experiences (AI-assisted onboarding, in-product agents, guided workflows)
  • Run disciplined experiments: hypothesis, instrumentation, ship, learn (GrowthBook)
  • Partner with product, design, data science to go from idea to shipped experiment
  • Work within the Cloud Console codebase alongside unified console engineers
  • Obsess over metrics: acquisition, activation, monetization
Requirements
  • Experienced in full-stack product engineering (TypeScript / Node / React), ideally on a growth/product/experimentation team
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React with taste for product UI
  • Experience building with LLMs or agent patterns (tool calling, streaming, evals, system/prompt design)
  • Comfortable shipping a smaller testable version first, then iterating
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Experience with experimentation or A/B testing tools (GrowthBook, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly)
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative code review
  • Excellent communication skills
