Responsibilities
- Design architecture of distributed systems and microservices in Go
- Translate business goals into technical roadmaps together with Product Managers
- Conduct code reviews for Senior engineers, implement improvements in CI/CD and system design
- Defend architectural decisions in front of external stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of development experience, of which 4+ years with Go in production
- Experience designing HighLoad systems, knowledge of data integration patterns
- Experience in FinTech / banks, understanding of security and compliance requirements
- Higher education in Computer Science and English level C1 (Advanced)
- Stack: Go (Goroutines, Channels, Memory Model, Concurrency), Distributed Systems, Microservices, System Design, High Availability, Observability (Metrics, Logs, Tracing), REST API, gRPC, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, AI tools, CI/CD, Agile / Scrum
