Responsibilities
End-to-End Strategic Project Management: Own and execute core global initiatives from ideation to delivery. You will manage project lifecycles, foresee operational bottlenecks, and align cross-functional teams to deliver key commercial objectives.
Global AI Agent Expansion: Drive the global scaling and adoption of the AI Account Manager. Partner closely with central product teams, regional Account Management leads, and local operations to optimize the agent-human handover, boost partner engagement, and ensure resolution SLAs are met.
Global Pricing & Affordability Leadership: Lead strategic workstreams focused on pricing transparency and competitive affordability (e.g., scaling "Same Price as in Store" initiatives, improving offline menu freshness, and refining pricing correction frameworks).
AI & Automation Champion: Act as the automation advocate for the department. Identify operational burdens across the team and autonomously build or refine workflows (using Make scenarios, automated trackers, and AI tools) to streamline complex processes.
Technical Translation & Requirement Scoping: Serve as the crucial bridge between commercial strategy and data/product teams, translating business needs into technical briefs, scoping data requirements, and ensuring insights are seamlessly integrated into commercial operations.
Data-Backed Strategy: Clean, structure, and analyze commercial data to evaluate project performance, track adoption metrics, and build actionable Looker/Tableau dashboards for global stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in strategic project management, commercial operations, product operations, or strategy consulting in high-growth tech environments.
Proven Project Management Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead medium-to-large-scale cross-functional projects independently, driving alignment across local, regional, and central stakeholders.
Commercial Acumen & Business Judgment: Strong understanding of platform economics, commercial drivers, and partner management, with the ability to connect technical initiatives directly to business impact.
Data-Driven Mentality: High analytical proficiency with advanced spreadsheet modeling and experience using data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) to justify assumptions and measure performance.
AI-First & Automation Mindset: Passion for efficiency with hands-on experience or strong fluency in using AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, workflow automation) to solve operational friction.
Technical Translation Skills: Ability to bridge commercial strategy and technical teams, clearly framing business challenges into structured requirements for Data and Product teams.
Adaptability & Bias for Action: A "doer" attitude with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively and context-switching without losing momentum.
Languages: Professional fluency in English is required.
