Responsibilities
- Analyze, clarify, and document business and functional requirements for Pega-based healthcare solutions.
- Design and develop workflows and case management processes that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Configure and manage Pega decision rules, routing logic, and case management capabilities.
- Support healthcare eligibility and enrollment processes, ensuring solutions address relevant operational requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams throughout solution development.
- Support system integrations and interfaces between Pega applications and other enterprise systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through effective use of Pega and business process management capabilities.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and solution refinement to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Pega case management solutions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting healthcare eligibility and enrollment processes.
- Strong understanding of Pega and business process management concepts.
- Proven ability to analyze, structure, and document complex business and functional requirements.
- Experience managing decision rules, routing, workflows, and case management within Pega.
- Hands-on knowledge of system integrations and interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to requirements analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and contributing to large-scale technology projects.
Conditions

- Contract employment with an indicative compensation rate of $40–$50 per hour.
