With data and analytics at the center of our people strategy, we are seeking a People Analytics Consultant to join our People Analytics team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze employee lifecycle data, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and attrition.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that provide meaningful workforce insights.
- Respond to ad hoc analytics requests and translate business questions into data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with People Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to support workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational health discussions.
- Validate data accuracy and collaborate with HR Technology and data teams to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
- Present findings through clear visualizations and concise business summaries.
- Perform statistical analyses to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of predictive models related to workforce planning, attrition, and employee lifecycle analytics.
- Assist in workforce forecasting and organizational reporting by leveraging quantitative analysis.
- Recommend opportunities to improve reporting automation and analytics processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in People Analytics methodologies and reporting practices.
- Analyze employee survey data and feedback to identify trends, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, such as sentiment analysis and text analytics, to summarize employee feedback.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled analytics capabilities that improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.
- Contribute to automated reporting and narrative insights using Generative AI tools where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and other enterprise HR platforms e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse.
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
- Working knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression, forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations for business audiences.
- Ability to partner effectively with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
