• Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and broader GTM roles across EMEA, with a focus on London, Paris and Munich, from intake through offer and close
• Run intake sessions that scope the role, calibrate the bar, and challenge hiring managers where expectations don't match the market
• Screen candidates against the JD with enough technical judgment to separate strong from merely well-presented
• Source and engage active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
• Run structured, rigorous and candidate-centric interview processes
• Work with the broader Talent team, People Partners and Compensation to structure offers
• Own pipeline health, tracking conversion, calibration and time-in-stage
• Help build and document the Applied AI and GTM hiring playbooks

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
• Demonstrated experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in the UK and European markets
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills
• Willingness and ability to build technical depth quickly for Applied AI roles
• Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure and manage multiple searches at once
• Comfort with ambiguity and with building something new
• Self-starter who works autonomously while staying aligned with global hiring strategy
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission

• Annual salary: €125,000 – €170,000 EUR
• Location-based hybrid policy: expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
• Visa sponsorship available
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
