Humanoid is building the world's most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their platform HMND-01 Alpha is running in real industrial pilots.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations
- Plan, organise, and supervise on-site Proof of Concept (PoC) and Pilot projects
- Integrate technical development activities into the overall deployment project
- Supervise visits to customer facilities to gather data and assess requirements
- Supervise the construction and use of test environments in the lab; define lab test and site acceptance testing strategies
- Lead and supervise product demonstrations in the lab for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at expos and industry events, delivering live product demos
- Manage and coordinate the testing of different product releases
- Oversee solution integration in customer facilities
- Prioritise product data and customer feedback; coordinate implementation of improvements
- Prioritise, plan and supervise minor maintenance tasks on robotic systems
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support teams
- Support key go to market activities alongside Business Development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related) or equivalent
- Experience with leading projects in robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies
- Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance
- Experience managing concept/pilot projects and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Willingness to travel approx 40%
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse/logistics automation, industrial robotics or humanoid robotics deployment
- Familiarity with software integration and sensor-based automation
- Experience with CAD modeling, 3D scanning, or digital twin technology
- Experience with commissioning or acceptance testing
- Experience with automation business case development
