About the role
The ServiceNow Release & Instance Management team within our Digital Technology department works closely with application developers, product owners, internal users/employees, and other stakeholders to manage our large landscape of platforms with AI and automated workflows. We are seeking an engineer to build automation and AI capabilities to handle platform administration, platform inventory, release planning, and continuous improvement around our deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI and ServiceNow platform workflows and automation to standardize, streamline and automate various processes
- Build tools to manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments
- Review processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining and standardization
- Help to plan and support platform upgrades including troubleshooting technical product issues
- Develop and share best practices based on lessons learned
- Participate in activities outside of core hours and on weekends when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of IT industry experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms
- ServiceNow platform administration or development experience
- Familiarity/experience with SAP platforms is a plus
Conditions
- Base pay: $149,800 - $262,200, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits
