Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Information Technology positions, from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offer negotiation, and placement.
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior IT stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring technology positions.
- Assess candidates for technical qualifications, career interests, compensation alignment, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect and communicate feedback, and guide candidates effectively.
- Analyze recruiting trends and performance data to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Monitor and report key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and placements.
- Serve as an ambassador at technology-focused networking events and industry conferences.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters.
- Partner with stakeholders on strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology, IT, or technical talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Experience in a consultative recruiting model.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience recruiting within IT, healthcare, or technology-driven organizations is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% is preferred.
- Relevant professional certification is a plus.
