• Fully remote, full-time role helping coaches, consultants, and agencies build compelling offers.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, commercially viable offers for coaches, consultants, and agencies.
• Define and refine value propositions, differentiation strategies, and messaging.
• Lead discovery and strategy calls with founders.
• Challenge weak offers and unsupported assumptions constructively.
• Structure premium high-ticket service offerings considering pricing, perceived value, risk reversal, and conversion potential.
• Develop and evaluate offer guarantees, assessing financial, operational, and commercial risks.
• Use AI tools during client conversations to capture voice notes, structure insights, generate drafts, and refine recommendations.
• Prepare clear briefs and business marketing canvases (BMCs) for copywriters and media buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing execution specialists on campaign messaging and media strategies.
• Review client feedback and recommend improvements to offers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in direct-response marketing, offer creation, or positioning for coaches, consultants, or agencies.
• Demonstrated experience leading discovery calls or strategy sessions with founders.
• Strong understanding of the Indian coaching and consulting market, particularly high-ticket services.
• Proven ability to assess offers critically and defend strategic recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of offer design: value creation, differentiation, pricing, risk reversal, and guarantees.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as GPT-based applications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Confidence communicating directly with founders.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
