Systems Engineer

• Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions
• Partner with Legal and Legal Operations stakeholders to translate contract and compliance requirements into scalable system solutions
• Design and maintain contract workflows across the full lifecycle
• Build and support integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, procurement, billing, identity management)
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Manage system security, access controls, and data governance
• Support contract data migrations, system enhancements, and feature rollouts
• Support administration and integration of other legal systems – Descartes, Brightflag

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools, with hands-on Ironclad experience preferred
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
• Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems
• Experience with GenAI driven automation
• Experience with system integrations and APIs

• Base salary range: $182,000 to $242,000
