About the role

• Join the Revenue Analytics team responsible for analyses, reporting, and data solutions to support and grow Revenue segments
• Strategic partner to Client Success and Marketplace teams as data SME

Responsibilities

• Optimize decisions and execution with analyses and communicate to internal and external partners
• Create business cases, insights, and dashboards; handle experiments to engage external merchant base
• Create internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and inform critical decisions
• Standardize common use cases, provide analytics infrastructure, automate analyses and dashboards
• Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies; work with structured and unstructured data sources
• Provide project and analytics guidance to a cross-functional team
• Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiment design and execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics)
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
• Aptitude to learn Python is a plus
• Demonstrated aptitude in leveraging AI tools for analytics (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Strong communication and narrative-building skills
• Track record of building cross-functional relationships

Conditions

• Remote-first with flexibility
• Base pay range per year: $145,000 - $205,000
