- Access Team ensures secure, seamless, and compliant access to infrastructure, building the gateway between engineers and cloud resources
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Teleport infrastructure for secure access to servers, databases, and Kubernetes clusters
- Develop and maintain automated IAM workflows within AWS
- Implement and improve Just-In-Time (JIT) access solutions
- Collaborate with the Cloud Control team to integrate security policies into infrastructure provisioning
- Automate authorization flows to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain and improve Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) for access-related components
- Support internal and external audits and drive remediation initiatives
- Create monitors and alerts for access patterns, diagnose and resolve authentication/authorization issues
Requirements
- Production expertise in AWS, specifically IAM, Organizations, and Multi-account security
- Hands-on experience with Access Management tools, preferably Teleport or similar PAM/JIT solutions
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Solid understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS, TCP/IP)
- Experience programming in Go and/or Python
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) from an access and RBAC perspective
- Security-first mindset, good communication skills, ability to work autonomously
