Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, as well as onboard new ones
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve operational issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in BDM / Sales / Account Management / Customer Success
- Experience or understanding of performance/digital marketing
- Fluent English
- Fluent Russian (Fluency in a any other language would be an advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
