• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to ensure customers have the structure they need to power their end to end workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners, ensuring we are continuously investing in the highest leverage work intake solutions.
• Drive MVP offerings to product market fit with rigorous prioritization and seamless execution.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to co-create a cohesive end to end journey and execute on the roadmap with velocity.
• Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other R&D teams in achieving their goals.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Customer-centric: Spend time directly with customers to understand their nuanced challenge and synthesize research to identify and solve problems.
• Communication and collaboration: Communicate clearly and concisely, creating signal through the noise. Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, providing the product perspective and bringing clarity to complex concepts.
• Systems thinker: Think systemically, creating solutions that simplify complex use cases for customers.
• Get Stuff Done: Execute projects with high velocity, breaking them down into MVPs and iterative stages for impactful delivery.

• Estimated base salary range: 23,660 - 25,600 PLN gross per month.
• Contract of Employment (UoP) with option of 50% tax deductible costs for author’s rights usage.
