Responsibilities
- Build and implement development processes from scratch; standardize the task lifecycle from estimation to release, including DoD, DoR, and post-release support; ensure predictable delivery and effective release management.
- Set up a unified task management system, manage dependencies, and automate the generation of an up-to-date Roadmap (Jira Plans) based on estimates and resource capacity.
- Establish effective collaboration between Development, QA, DevOps, Design, Compliance, Marketing, as well as distributed teams and external B2B partners.
- Facilitate prioritization processes together with Product Managers and stakeholders. Balance business needs, technical debt, bugs, and urgent requests.
- Manage risks, resolve priority conflicts, ensure transparency of project status, and continuously analyze and improve processes (Continuous Improvement).
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of configuring workflows, fields, permission schemes, automations, and building automated Roadmaps (Advanced Roadmaps) with dependencies.
- Proven experience creating and implementing development processes within engineering teams from scratch.
- Understanding of game product development processes (slots, platforms, back offices) and the ability to adapt Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices to a regulated iGaming environment.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with QA, Design, Compliance, and external contractors.
- Confident knowledge of Confluence, Miro, Retro Boards, and prioritization methodologies such as RICE, WSJF, etc.
- Languages: Russian (Native), English (Upper-Intermediate / B2+ or higher).
