Responsibilities
- Own & elevate ML infrastructure: строить и поддерживать core repositories, developer tooling и engineering workflows для production ML систем
- Build and operate data products and machine-learning systems от эксперимента до production
- Architect the Send Decisioning data layer: оптимизировать интеграции communication platform, строить pipelines и интегрировать feature store
- Engineer AI-assisted content & asset systems: масштабируемые интеграции для генерации email copy и context-driven asset retrieval
- Build production-grade pipelines & serving layers с observability, data reliability и error handling
- Bridge research & production: переводить экспериментальные модели в low-latency production сервисы
- Set the ML engineering standard: core repositories, CI/CD templates, ML platform practices (Databricks, MLflow)
- Operate what you build: инструментировать, мониторить и улучшать системы в production
Requirements
- Hands-on опыт с AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) beyond casual experimentation, ежедневное использование AI-агентов
- Глубокая экспертиза в data/ML engineering, опыт эксплуатации моделей или data products в production
- Pragmatic и curious problem solver, работающий в cross-functional среде
- Умение переводить сложное поведение пользователей в масштабируемые модели
- Баланс технической глубины и фокуса на user engagement
