About the team
Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Stripe's success. This full-cycle recruiter role supports the Global Operations organization and is responsible for hiring top talent into the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) in Mexico City.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
- Initiate creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting strategy
- Track and analyze metrics; report on hiring progress to business leadership
- Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English
- Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
- Active and data-driven approach to problem solving
