Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and design and deliver effective solutions.
- Apply best practices to ensure the development of high-quality software solutions.
- Help modernize and accelerate WFO's web UI development, making the platform easier to enhance, maintain, and adapt to evolving customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT).
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
- 3–6+ years of relevant front-end development experience, strong React expertise, good engineering fundamentals, and experience working on complex SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Experience building modern, responsive enterprise web applications.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, reusable UI components and design systems.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.
- Good understanding of state management, performance optimisation and browser compatibility.
- Ability to translate Figma/UI designs into high-quality, maintainable interfaces.
- Strong attention to UX, usability and consistency.
- Experience with automated front-end testing is preferred.
- Comfortable working closely with Product, UX, Backend and QA teams.
