Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud and own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash capability
• Ensure quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering, and billing processes scale with business growth
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for the Q2C workstream
• Translate business and solution requirements into executable engineering work
• Manage team capacity and sprint commitments per Scrum best practices
• Define and implement solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and system enhancements
• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership for CPQ
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product teams
• Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party applications
• Mentor and guide development/configuration teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud implementations or migrations
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and cross-functional dependencies
• Experience with Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows
• Expertise in data modeling, system integrations (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware, ERP), and security design
• Understanding of pricing strategies, product modeling, discounting, approval workflows, and subscription lifecycle management
• Ability to lead complex system initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Conditions

• Base salary range: $113,100 – $178,900 USD (alternate range in select locations: $135,900 – $215,100 USD)
• Eligible for stock program, 401k matching up to 6%, flexible locations and schedules
