- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision and forecast
- Work with internal and external partners to manage U.S. federal, state and local income tax filings
- Assist with M&A transactions, focusing on tax due diligence and post-merger integration
- Drive the digital transformation of our tax function through technology, automation, and AI
Требования
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of significant experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department
- Proficient in Excel and AI technology
