About the Role
Help Business Marketing turn a constant flow of ideas, requests, and priorities into world-class, high-performing marketing campaigns.
Manage the marketing portfolio and intake process, lead selected cross-functional projects, and build AI-enabled tools.
Be the first partner for new requests: understand the business need, size the work, and find its best home.
Combine an integrated marketing mindset with hands-on project management and a builder's instinct.
Responsibilities
Lead selected cross-functional projects from initial definition through delivery, coordinating dependencies, resolving blockers, managing scope changes, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Run marketing intake and triage: clarify audience, business objective, urgency, scope, and readiness of new requests.
Manage the ongoing marketing portfolio and maintain a clear view of active and upcoming work.
Find the right home for the work: determine whether a request belongs within an existing campaign, needs integrated marketing involvement, warrants a standalone project, or can be handled through self-service.
Set projects up for effective collaboration by naming accountable owners, clarifying decision-making authority, and codifying working teams, milestones, and information structure.
Partner closely with Creative Operations to bring creative partners in early.
Build and improve AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve intake, brief development, project setup, portfolio visibility, and reporting.
Make the operating model easier to use by simplifying processes and strengthening self-service.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in marketing program and project management, integrated marketing management, or marketing portfolio management across multiple teams and concurrent priorities.
A track record of personally leading cross-functional projects, establishing ownership, managing dependencies, and driving work through to completion.
An integrated marketing mindset: understand audience, purpose, campaign context, and relationship to other work.
Strong judgment in ambiguous situations, including distinguishing urgency from importance and making practical recommendations with incomplete information.
Experience designing intake processes, project structures, and portfolio systems that people adopt and prefer to use.
Hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools, automations, or workflows, with concrete examples of how they improved work.
The ability to build trust with marketers, creatives, and operational partners.
