Responsibilities
- Lead a team of TA Partners to hire to target and remain fully staffed
- Own a high-volume evergreen hiring engine delivering 100+ quality hires per year
- Drive hire quality improvements through data-driven experimentation
- Ensure operational excellence across the recruitment process
- Leverage recruitment data and reporting with business stakeholders
- Reduce cost per hire while maintaining quality
- Develop talent pipelines and coach recruiters
- Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to improve recruiter productivity
- Lead projects transforming the recruitment function
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with 2+ years in team management
- Proven experience managing high-volume evergreen hiring (100+ hires/year)
- Strong ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Leadership skills and strategic mindset
- Continuous improvement mindset with high ownership
- Fluent in English
