About the company
Parloa’s ambition is to become an iconic AI Platform company serving Fortune 2000 enterprises. With global enterprise customers, we are proving the impact of our Agent Management Platform (AMP) as it evolves into the AI Agent management layer for enterprise AI transformation. We are building Europe’s leading engineering organization to set a global benchmark for engineering excellence.
Our mission is clear: deliver robust, enterprise-grade, resilient, and reliable AI solutions at speed. In a fast-moving market where multimillion-dollar deals can close in one to two months, speed is our currency. We compete with big tech and AI-native startups—and this is our moment to establish Parloa as a global leader in agentic AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship the agent management platform UI and platform improvements using our microfrontend architecture, shared design system, and Server-Driven UI library where they fit.
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex features or services within your team, turning ambiguity into clear execution plans.
- Ship in small, high-quality increments, balancing speed with scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Work full-stack when needed—TypeScript/React plus adjacent services and integrations—so features and platform changes are deliverable end-to-end, not blocked at the UI boundary.
- Leverage modern AI tooling to multiply your impact, from accelerating implementation and reviews to improving documentation, testing, and debugging, while rigorously validating outputs.
- Build with reliability and observability in mind, defining SLIs, instrumenting your work, and proactively monitoring impact.
- Maintain strong engineering discipline: clean CI/CD, meaningful tests, safe rollouts, and fast rollbacks.
- Respond to production issues with urgency and curiosity, contributing to blameless postmortems and systemic improvements.
- Raise the bar through high-signal code reviews, documentation, and mentoring; contribute fixes upstream to shared packages when you hit the same problem twice.
- Multiply your impact by mentoring engineers, sharing patterns, and strengthening your team’s technical standards.
Requirements
- Professional experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments.
- You take full ownership. When something matters, you drive it to completion and stand behind the outcome.
- You have a strong bias for action. You move quickly, make informed decisions, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and can turn fuzzy problems into shipped results.
- You think in systems: scalability, reliability, performance, and security are part of your default design mindset.
- You define success clearly and measure it; you care deeply about customer impact and business outcomes.
- You hold a high craftsmanship bar: clean, secure, well-tested code is your baseline.
- You give and receive candid feedback, and you elevate those around you through mentoring and technical leadership.
- You balance pragmatism with ambition, building for today while designing for tomorrow.
- You want to help build not just features, but one of Europe’s most respected engineering organizations.
