Responsibilities

• Own the Lesson Insights product end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and results.
• Prioritize what feedback to show, when, and how to help learners improve.
• Shape how per-lesson insights ladder up into progress over time.
• Design for both learners and tutors to strengthen the learner-tutor relationship.
• Maximize reach by scaling to other languages.
• Maximize feature retention via useful and engaging design.
• Pull own analyses on learner engagement with feedback.

Requirements

• Substantial experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products.
• GenAI / LLM product experience at scale.
• Learner and tutor empathy.
• Deeply data-driven, able to find signal independently.
• Solid grounding in A/B testing and experiment design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with learning languages.

Nice to have

• EdTech or learning science background (CEFR, assessment, feedback design).
• Experience with unstructured data - text, audio, transcripts.
• Experience with habit-forming products and behavioural psychology.
