Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead fellow developers, product managers, and designers to build Scheduling features.
• Turn ambiguous business goals into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Champion engineering excellence by elevating code quality across teams.
• Mentor engineers via code-pairing, code review, and project reviews.
• Actively contribute to product design and feature selection discussions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend/full-stack experience.
• Proficient with modern API design (TypeScript, REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with relational databases or alternative data stores (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Ability to design high-level technical solutions and stay connected to code-level execution.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with agile delivery and shipping usable software incrementally.
• Experience and interest in mentoring peers.
• Strong customer empathy.
