Responsibilities
- Partner with Product leadership to clarify high-priority business questions and define signals, dashboards, workflows, or AI agents
- Own the Product Operations signals repository as the single source of truth for business logic, data inputs, definitions, owners, status, and documentation
- Build clean, reusable data models and advanced SQL transformations powering dashboards, custom applications, decision workflows, and AI agents
- Develop dashboards and Python-based custom data applications when standard BI tools are not sufficient
- Translate ambiguous Product Operations problems into buildable specifications, review AI agent outputs, apply ML/NLP techniques, and present recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions
- 3–5 years of experience in data, analytics, business operations, product operations, or a related role
- Strong SQL skills and practical Python experience
- Strong data modeling skills with ability to design clean, scalable, reusable datasets and metric/signal definitions
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into buildable signal specifications, dashboards, applications, or workflows
- Experience designing, evaluating, or integrating AI agents, LLMs, or automated decision workflows (preferred)
- Experience working directly with Product teams (preferred)
- Experience building internal tools or custom applications beyond standard BI dashboards (preferred)
